All warranty claims are processed through each individual product manufacturer and is subject to their policies and approval.
Where Mototrack Accessories provides any information in relation to the Products supplied to it by a third party, Mototrack Accessories does not give any warranty, guarantee as to its accuracy or otherwise and shall have no liability to the Customer for any losses arising as a result thereof.
Thermal Technology - Warranty
All warranty claims are processed through our website and evaluated by Thermal Technology in Italy. The general warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. Invoice must be provided with any claim.
Healtech Electronics - Warranty
All our Products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Depending on the type of product, on Consumer Products We give 1 (one), for Dealer & Workshop Tools we give 2 (two) years replacement warranty from the date of purchase (invoice copy required).

Prisma Electronics - Warranty
In any case, for all purchases are still valid “ The Money Back Guarantee”. Prisma Electronics provides product warranty for 24 months (in accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206 of 2005) and declares that the products are consistent with those described in the present and online catalogue. The customer must report any remarkable defects in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 206 of 2005 art. 132.
SpeedAngle Lap Timer - Warranty
Your SpeedAngle Lap Timer comes with a limited twelve months (one year) warranty from your date of purchase. SpeedAngle warrants the SpeedAngle Lap Time device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for one year from the invoice date. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper connections with devices or components other than specified, and unauthorized repair or alteration.

registration number. Your SpeedAngle Lap Time
registration number is a combination of 1 letter followed by 7 digits. It can be found at the back of your SpeedAngle Lap Time
dashboard unit and on the Welcome Screen. A Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA#) and a warranty service shipping label will be issued if the request is approved. The RMA# and shipping label are valid for 30 days from their issue date.
To ship the SpeedAngle Lap Time device back for warranty service, please follow the instructions below:
- Please ship the SpeedAngle Lap Time device in its original or equally protective package with a copy of the original packing slip or the PayPal invoice.
- Please print and cut out the issued shipping label and adhere it to the top of the package. A package without the issued shipping label or with an expired shipping label will be refused.
- Please send the SpeedAngle Lap Time device insured and postage prepaid or accept the risk of package loss or damage during shipment.
- The repaired or replaced SpeedAngle Lap Time device will be shipped back to you. Please contact your local customs office for information as to taxes, duties, or other brokerage fees that may be applied to returned goods.
Once our service center receives your SpeedAngle Lap Time device, we will either repair or replace the SpeedAngle Lap Time device at our option. The removed or replaced parts or device are property of Mototrack Accessories.
Please remember to download the logs recorded on your SpeedAngle Lap Time device before you ship it to our service center. It is very likely that the logs will be damaged or lost during warranty service. Mototrack Accessories will not be responsible for such damage or loss.

Refunds and Returns Policy - Australian Consumer Law
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
